What We Think About We Bring About?

“What we think about, we bring about.” There is no doubt that the power of the mind is far-reaching. However, why aren’t we able to create solely through our thoughts as is put forward with new age philosophies such as the Secret?

I’ll tell you why: because our unconscious programs are kept in place through our repressed emotions. These emotions- often felt as contractions in the body- have way more sway in our lives than does our thinking. Think of fear in the belly felt as knots or sadness felt in the throat from holding back tears. Our deficiency or sense of lack- which we may even hide from ourselves creates our suffering. This may show up as chronic pain, disease, addictions, compulsions, seeking, as well as toxic relationships.

In Natural Recovery from Suffering, the Kiloby Inquiries brings an end to our sabotage. Through acknowledging the hidden programs and the repressed emotions in the body, we get real with what’s true for our body. Through this we find freedom from suffering. The blinders come off. Our limiting beliefs for reals no longer have power over us because we witness them fully, welcome them and bring them into the light of day. And then they march on their merry way. All they wanted- the programs, the feelings were to be acknowledged instead of buried or resisted. Now the emotions- whether fear, anger, sadness are available to us and on-line and no longer sabotaging our lives. Because that’s all they wanted after all: to be witnessed.
